Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn watch band in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
