What materials are Solace Bands made from?
Our bands are crafted from premium-grade hypoallergenic silicone, genuine top-grain leather, and 316L stainless steel to ensure durability and comfort for all-day wear.
How do I know if a band will fit my watch?
Each product page includes a compatibility guide. Most of our bands are designed for standard lug widths (18mm, 20mm, 22mm) and all generations of the Apple Watch.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the domestic US, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Are the bands water-resistant?
Our silicone and nylon Sport collections are 100% waterproof. However, we recommend avoiding water exposure for our genuine leather bands to maintain their texture and longevity.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Solace Band comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures.
